LAFS Alum Brandon Trost Named in Top 20 Cinematographers List

We are proud to announce that star alumnus Brandon Trost has been named in the list of the top 20 cinematographers by Collider, a popular film news and reviews website.

From Collider:

“…Brandon Trost is infusing the genre with refreshingly unique visuals and an intensity that feels reserved for high-concept blockbusters and action films, not a college comedy about fraternities…He is hands down the most exciting cinematographer working in the comedy genre today, bringing some much welcomed flavor to a class of film that’s become all too rote.”

Brandon has worked on over 30 films since graduating from The Los Angeles Film School in 2000. He’s collaborated with Seth Rogen as the Cinematographer on “The Interview,” “This is the End,” “Neighbors,” and “Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising,” among others, and was the Director of Photography for “Crank 2: High Voltage,” starring Jason Statham.

Keep up the amazing work, Brandon! We look forward to seeing what you work on next.
