GI Film Festival Hollywood

Submissions are now open for the GI Film Festival. Voting by text at the festival will determine the winners on the day of the screenings.

1. Thematic: All films selected will highlight the successes and sacrifices of American military servicemen and women and/or the general worldwide struggle for liberty and democracy. Film submissions must have at least one main character (real or fiction) serving or have served in the U.S. military who is depicted with respect.

2. Submitter (above the line) must be: Current or former Military with a Short film (under 45 minutes). GI Film Fest is only accepting shorts, no features.

3. Entries: Must be received by 18 September to: GI Film Festival, 2776 S Arlington #810, Arlington VA 22206. (late entries will not be considered) There are no fees to submit.

4. All submissions must include submitter's name, email address and phone number on the submitted DVD.
