Our Career Development team is a dedicated group of people who will help you reach that goal. As you begin this part of your journey, they’ll give you access to the tools you’ll need to network, find industry job leads and guide you through to career success. So build your resume and reel, and together we’ll keep your LAFS legacy long lasting.


Along your academic journey, you’ll have access to a support team to assist with any issues you may have. The Student Advising team can help you stay on track, working with you on matters relating to your academic progress, interaction with instructors and staff, schedules, and more. The student advisers work as a liaisons between departments – assisting with issues regarding academic advising, financial aid, and educational experience.


Since you depend on your computer and software tools to stay on top of your classes, you can also depend on LAFS’ technical support team to assist you with any issues you may have. LAFS’ online support responds to technical issues and provides guidance in areas such as the Mac operating system, The Los Angeles Film School’s online platform, retrieving and accessing course materials, and much more.


The Media Center is designed to support the needs of both online and on-campus students by providing relevant materials, a comprehensive collection of necessary publications, and digital research databases that are broad and varied in scope. Easily accessible from LA Film School’s online learning environment, the Media Center’s documents and materials are constantly reviewed and updated to make sure you’ll have access to significant research material for all courses of study.
