Los Angeles Recording Student Matt Jacobson has been interning at Electric Field Management recording studio for the past three months, and recently had a chance to engineer some projects. At first he was conducting regular intern duties such as coffee runs and cleaning, however an opportunity presented itself to Matt when he happened to be the only one at the studio when a client needed help. After working on a client’s session, Matt now engineers a session once a week and recently worked on hip hop artist Mike Stud’s record “Batter Up”, which reached #1 on the iTunes Hip Hop chart in May 2013.
Congratulations Matt!
