Christian Hill is the Executive Assistant on the Film & TV Syncteam at Universal Music Group, representing the rosters of Republic, Island, Def Jam, and Verve. While studying at UC San Diego, he joined Red Bull’s brand team, handling marketing, sales, and events around the San Diego region. His first introduction to working in music came when he began booking concerts for developing Los Angeles bands. The summer of his junior year in college, Christian interned for the brand partnerships/syncteam at Capitol Records, focusing on the relationship between music and esports. During his senior year, he joined UMG’s college team, marketing developing and established artists to San Diego universities. In 2019, he joined UMG’s sync team, where he works today.
