The next Veteran Convos will be held on Tuesday, April 19th, 2022, at 12:00 P.M, Pacific Time. The topic will be “Spring Cleaning: Decluttering Your Mind.” Mental clutter can be caused when we are stressed about something. We will discuss strategies that you can utilize to practice mindfulness, declutter your mind, and live in the moment. Therapist, Randy Brown, will also join us to support and answer any questions that you may have.
