WELCOME VETERAN STUDENT,
In keeping with The Los Angeles Film School’s progressive practices, our Military Services Department was established in January 2010. Our institution honors our military students’ decision to pursue a career in entertainment arts through unrivaled service, unlimited Yellow Ribbon tuition contributions, and a lock-step curriculum. With industry outreach programs such as the Veteran Immersion Program (V.I.P.), 6Call Mentorships, and our flagship event, the “Annual Salute,” our military students and alumni are on the fast-track into rewarding careers in arts and entertainment.
Please feel free to email: firstname.lastname@example.org with specific questions regarding our programs or your military benefits.
Yours in success,
The Military Services Department
Facilities and Services
The Los Angeles Film School houses a Veteran Student Center (VSC) on campus, a dedicated space for our Veteran students equipped with a work station and lounge area. The VSC is designed for our veterans to continue their studies, take a break and relax, and network with fellow veterans in between classes. The VSC was established in February of 2014 and has since created a unique location for meetings, industry guest interviews and creative brainstorming for our veterans.
The Los Angeles Film School also has fully-equipped instructional facilities, labs, classrooms and soundstages, with a student lounge and library available to students of all programs. The campus also features a THX-certified, 345-seat theater as well as additional screening rooms.
