Our Associate of Science in Audio Production Degree is 60 credit hours and 18 months in length.

Audio for Media
Build a keen ear for quality audio. This course introduces students to the fundamental aspects of creating and recording audio elements for film, television and video games. Topics include field and production recording, sound-effect design, Foley recording, dialogue recording and editing, automated dialogue replacement (ADR), music editing and mixing to picture.
Live Sound Production
Experience the excitement of live events and concerts. Students learn what it’s like to work in the live-sound industry including concerts, touring, corporate productions, conventions and audio/visual installations. Upon completion of this course, students learn the construction and interface of show production systems, as well as the stage setups, the business aspects
of live sound and various audio jobs in the field.
Pro Tools Essentials
Discover the power of Pro Tools software. Within this advanced course, students will apply their workstation skills to highly specialized concepts and procedures, such as multi-track drum editing, advanced hardware I/O setup, MIDI routing and hardware/software integration. Upon completion of this course, students can confidently create and edit recordings as well as produce sound for film scores, TV, studio albums, and more.
