Vinnie Ferra is a seasoned live entertainment and touring executive with a mission to make touring more seamless for artists and their crews. In 2016, he co-founded The Beehive, alongside Jonny Stiegler, to simplify the transition from rehearsing to performing live music for everyone, from developing acts to global superstars. Today, the LA-based company operates as a year-round community for its “bees” – tour managers, musical directors, lighting directors, audio engineers, playback techs, among other crew members. Working closely with artists, management teams, and labels across all genres, The Beehive specializes in translating artists’ creative vision from the studio into unforgettable live experiences.
