AIDS Healthcare Foundation

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Rachel, and I am the Managed Care Quality Intern at AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF). I spoke with you on the phone a few weeks ago about promoting our upcoming event, Test LA, to the students of Los Angeles Film School. Although our event is related to the awareness of HIV/AIDS, I think your students may be interested since it will be a movie screening and Q&A panel discussion following. Here is a description of our event, TEST LA, that you may use if you approve:

“Join AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) for a special event as they aim to increase awareness about the importance of knowing your status and remove stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS testing. Supporting the 20×20 campaign, TEST LA will offer free 1 minute HIV tests, drinks, food, crafts/games, raffles, and a special screening of the film TEST (2014). The screening will be offered to the first 45 people who RSVP and indicate they would like to see the film. A panel discussion will follow. Admission is FREE, but you MUST RSVP at aidshealth.org/testla to attend!
