Lipstick Tv is looking for interns to fill positions for its first Sag-Aftra new media production titled “Lipstick The Series”. The series follows four close friends living in Los Angeles as they start a cosmetic line while tackling trust, sexuality, love, and relationships that are tested when money and power come into play.We are seeking interns to fill the following positions:

Internship Positions

  • (1) Video Editing Intern

Being a video editing intern at Lipstick Television means you will be an integrated member of our Lipstick Television Production Team. You will be exposed to every aspect of video production, from prepping for shoots, to shooting itself, to post-production. . The internship will include simple video editing (YouTube editor), editing material while on set, text descriptions and tagging, creation of video annotations and custom thumbnails, geo-localizing videos, logging tapes, and analytics reporting. Being knowledgeable in Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite PLUS

  • (2) Production Interns

Being a production intern at Lipstick Television means you will be an integrated member of our Lipstick Television Production Team. We’re looking for hardworking, resourceful, fast thinking students to serve as an important part of our small production team The interns responsibilities will include helping organize and coordinate all things associated with the production. Must have a can do attitude.

  • (1) Sound Design Intern

Being a sound intern at Lipstick Television means you will be an integrated member of our Lipstick Television Production Team.  The interns duties include obtaining all sound effects, whether recorded or live for this production to ensure best possible sound quality for the production.

  • (1) Lighting Design Intern

Being a lighting intern at Lipstick Television means you will be an integrated member of our Lipstick Television Production Team.  The lighting interns duties include executing the lighting design. Maintaining the lighting equipment, and ensuring the best possible light quality for the production.

 

Term of Internship:

  • Production Schedule: 08.01.15 – 11.01.15

Compensation:

  • All positions are non-paid with the exception of a $20/week gas stipend. You must qualify to receive academic credit to participate. Flexible work schedules are available and accommodations for class schedule will be made. Meals will be provided the entire length of the internship.
