Join us for our monthly live listening and feedback event, The SoundCheck, on Wednesday, 5/12 at 5:00pm PT in the B2 Theater! This month’s special guest is Anthony Vilchis. Anthony Vilchis is a seasoned mixing and mastering engineer based in Los Angeles, with over 600 major label credits to his name.
Anthony Vilchis has also made a significant impact in the music industry as an alumni of The Los Angeles Film School. He has worked on projects that have received GRAMMY nominations, including Sabrina Carpenter's "Short N Sweet," which received nominations for Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical. His contributions to the industry have been recognized with a personal nomination as a Recording Engineer on Beyonce’s "Cowboy Carter" album. His credits include notable artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna, Rosalia, Pusha T, Post Malone, and many more.

A Conversation with Andrew Stachler Founder of Max Media

Andrew Staehler is the founder of Max Stax Media, a digital marketing company working primarily with entertainment clients to create the most effective, cutting edge and unique campaigns and strategies, whether its for Awards campaigns or consumer campaigns.

Over his career, Andrew has worked on over 300 film campaigns, including all nine Harry Potter films, The Hobbit Trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises, Man of Steel and Godzilla. He led the strategy at Warner Bros. to become the first film studio to reach 1 M YouTube subscribers, and was one of the first to lead the industry evolution from traditional publicity driven online trailer debuts to social media driven trailer debuts. Andrew has worked on numerous Academy Awards campaigns garnering 153 nominations and 32 wins.
