Alum Nick Acosta Wins Big At Film Fest!

Film grad Nick Acosta’s short film Riddance, starring True Blood‘s Jim Parrack won Best Short Film Grand Jury, Best Actor Grand Jury and Best Actress Audience Choice at The Playhouse West Film Festival.

Another film he entered Friend Request, won Best Short Film Audience Choice at The Playhouse West Film Festival as well.

Nick dedicated the film Riddance to his step father Gilbert Castaneda who passed away this past spring after a 2 year battle with cancer.
