Since graduating in 2012 with an Associate’s degree in Film from The Los Angeles Film School, entertainment industry creative Brittany Hites has showcased her talents as an art director, a production designer, and set designer on some of Hollywood’s most anticipated films from the past decade, including Suicide Squad for Warner Brothers, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, One-Shot: All Hail the King, and Thunderbolts for Marvel Studios, Godzilla: King of the Monsters for Legendary Entertainment, and Dear Evan Hansen and Pitch Perfect 3 for Universal Pictures.

The California-native’s creativity surfaced at a very young age, when at just four years old, she would take over her family’s living room to design and build her own Barbie dream homes, using children’s books, Lincoln Logs, Legos, and any other materials she could find. Giving everyone a clue as to what career path she would ultimately pursue.

In 2021, she joined the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS, a.k.a the National Television Academy)–the organization that distributes the highly-coveted Emmy Awards. In 2023, she would go on to be nominated for an Emmy in the “Outstanding Art Direction” category for The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special,

Brittany is also a member of the Art Directors Guild (ADG) and in 2016 she received an Art Director’s Guild Award for Sony Pictures’ Passengers for her work as assistant art director. An award that she would be nominated for again, for her work on Marvel Studios’ The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

In 2025, Brittany worked as the production designer for Paramount Pictures’ romantic comedy, Regretting You, directed by Josh Boone (The Fault in Our Stars) and starring Allison Williams, Dave Franco, and McKenna Grace.

Her recent work includes Judgment Day starring Zac Efron and Will Farrell for Writer/Director Nick Stoller, who is known for comedies such as Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Fun with Dick and Jane, Get Him to the Greek, Neighbors, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, and Zoolander 2.

In 2014, Brittany made the move from California to Atlanta, GA, and currently still resides in a suburb of the capital city.
