A graduate of The Los Angeles Film School, Joshua has earned an impressive 11 Emmy nominations and a win for Outstanding Technical Direction, Camerawork, and Video Control.

His journey began in a small Michigan town, but his career skyrocketed after graduating in 2007. Despite the challenges of entering the industry during a writers’ strike, Joshua secured work in reality television, a genre still actively producing content. His big break came with The Amazing Race, where he started as a cameraman and climbed the ranks to director of photography. Over 20 seasons, his work has shaped the show’s dynamic visual storytelling.
