Advantages of Going to Film School

If you are someone who believes in the value of a bachelor’s or associates degree, then going to film school (or even a four-year college) is a good way to fulfill your personal and professional goals. We understand not everyone feels that way. Some students prefer to learn from online video resources and take the no film school route. The no film school path does take tremendous self-discipline and may take longer than opting for a more traditional approach through college. If you don’t want to earn your college degree, there are online resources that offer training certificates.

Emily Durkin is a Filmmaking Powerhouse

Emily was born in Waco, Texas and raised in Eudora, Kansas. After moving back to Waco, she graduated from Baylor University and moved to Los Angeles.
